Explosion at Hezbollah-Linked Site in Lebanese Village

An explosion in a south Lebanon village on September 22 was at a Hezbollah arms depot, the Daily Star and several other local sources said.

The Daily Star quoted Hezbollah as saying a “technical error” caused the blast, which was described as at a “center for a demining association linked to the group” in the village of Ain Qana.

The site was being used to store unexploded munitions, reports said. Several people were reported wounded. Credit: Anonymous via Storyful
