Police have launched a man hunt for a driver after a pensioner was left with serious injuries. They have shared an image of Janusz Gasior.

They say he is wanted in connection with a traffic collision in Alcester which left a pedestrian with a serious leg injury. Officers say the victim, who has not been identified, was taken to hospital following the collision with a car on Church Street on Saturday afternoon (October 12).

The driver of the car was reported to have initially stopped at the scene before leaving without providing any details. Now officers say they need to speak to Gasior.
