Face of man wanted by police over Warrington burglary and assault

Police are searching for a man after a burglary in Warrington. Vincent Wills, 44, is wanted on suspicion of assault and burglary in the town. Wills, who is from Ilkestone, Derbyshire, is described by police as white and of large build.

He has brown, shaved, receding hair and blue eyes. Wills has links to Warrington and Derbyshire. Officers urged members of the public with information about Wills' whereabouts to call police on 101.

A spokesperson for Cheshire Constabulary said: "Police are appealing for help in tracing a 44-year-old man from Derbyshire. Vincent Wills, 44, from Ilkeston in Derbyshire is wanted on suspicion of assault and burglary in Warrington. He has links to Derbyshire and Warrington.

"Wills is described as white, of large build with brown, shaved receding hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information in relation to the whereabouts of Wills is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting IML-1698736 or visit www.cheshire.police.uk/tell-us."
