Facebook live shows North Carolina road collapse after Hurricane Matthew

Floodwaters brought by post-tropical Cyclone Matthew washed up in the city of Fayetteville, North Carolina, destroying several roads. The damage was caused by extreme flooding and will take several weeks to be repaired, police said. Several areas of the state are still flooded. At least 10 people were killed by Matthew, according to reports.
