All parts are now available to order.
BMW stays true to its modern traditions with the launch of a range of M Performance parts for two of its most recent models. The facelifted 5 Series and the M5/M5 Competition duo all get a series of upgrades developed using “the comprehensive know-how of the BMW M.” The components are already available to be ordered at selected BMW showrooms around the globe.
Starting with the standard 5 Series, the model receives a full body kit made of carbon fibre, which includes components such as a front splitter, front bumper extensions, modified grille, side skirts, rear bumper diffuser in a high-gloss black finish, rear spoiler, new fuel filler cap, and more. Inside the cabin, there’s an equally impressive selection of parts, including a new steering wheel with carbon shift paddles, stainless steel sports pedals and footrest, and unique floor mats.
Go for the M5 or M5 Competition and you’ll be offered a number of exclusive components that are not available for the regular 5 Series. M Performance sports brakes, matte 20-inch M Performance forged wheels with summer tyres, and M Performance sports suspension are among the options. Also exclusive for the M5 family are the M Performance indoor car cover and carbon gear shift selector.
