Fake heater was actually secret door to elaborate operation going on inside Batley home
Weapons and drugs were being stored inside a hidden room in a Yorkshire home, behind a fake wall mounted electric heater which served as a hatch to get in and out.
West Yorkshire Police stormed the property in Halifax Road, Batley, on Sunday, November 24. Officers found a Samurai sword, knives and cannabis plants.
Chief Inspector Rebecca Calpin of Kirklees District Police, said: “A significant amount of work remains ongoing to disrupt drugs supply in our communities, and we are continuing to conduct enquiries following the discovery of this cannabis factory.

"A good deal of effort was clearly put into trying to disguise the illegal operation inside which was uncovered following a thorough specialist search."
