Family pay tribute to 'beloved' grandmother, 79, who died in Blue Lane West crash in Walsall
The family of a 79-year-old woman who died in a Black Country crash has paid tribute to her as a 'loving' great-grandmother who 'touched everyone's hearts'. Surinder Kaur has been named as the tragic victim of the smash which took place on Blue Lane West in Walsall on Friday, November 1.
She was taken to hospital in a critical condition but sadly later died from her injuries. West Midlands Police has questioned two people in connection with the fatal collision as enquiries continue.
Her family has released a heartfelt tribute via the police force, which read: "She was a beloved member of the community who touched the hearts of everyone she met. She was a loving mother, sister, grandma and great-grandma who will deeply missed and has left a hole in our hearts that can’t be filled."
