A modern hotel, bar and restaurant in one of Scotland's most desirable seaside towns is up for sale for £1.8million.

The impressive four-star Nether Abbey Hotel in North Berwick recently hit the market and is being advertised on Rightbiz. It has been run by the same family for over six decades and has become a "go-to" establishment.

The hotel boasts 12 rooms as well as a separate bar and restaurant with an outdoor dining terrace and private function space. It also has a forecasted turnover of £1.4million.
