A hugely famous Camden pub is going out with a bang in its final month before it closes for the last time. The team at The Farrier, found at Camden Stables Market, is looking to move to a new location after three years because of the 'tourist-heavy, seasonal nature of the area'.

To mark its final month, The Farrier is plating up London’s largest Sunday roast menu, featuring 10 different serves from classic cuts to rare game and poultry. The new menu - featuring nine different items of meat, game, poultry as well as a plant based smoked beetroot and walnut wellington - runs from October 6 until November 3.

Diners should arrive early and book in advance, as tables will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Each roast will be accompanied by Guinness gravy, Yorkshire pudding, and a full range of seasonal trimmings, including torched hispi cabbage, orange and honey Hasselback carrots, lovage purée, and garlic and rosemary bone marrow potatoes. The Farrier's signature Sunday roast cocktail has also been upgraded to a smoked tomato bloody mary, each stretched to perfection for an extra smooth finish.

Pub co-owner George Hartshorn said: “We're incredibly proud of what the team has achieved with The Farrier, especially launching during the challenges of the pandemic and becoming a valued part of Camden's vibrant tapestry. While it’s bittersweet to close this chapter, we’re excited to rebuild and bring our hospitality offering to new neighborhoods across London.”

It’s a hugely popular pub with food so delicious that customers have raved about it. One happy diner said: “Lovely spacious pub in Camden. Had the burrata with Isle of Wight tomatoes which was so fresh and tasty. Delicious coffee too from a local roaster which you wouldn’t expect from a pub! Special mention to Mike for the fab service and making us feel so welcome.”
