The fancy Essex area packed full of luxurious homes where properties cost more than £1.5m
Being such a large county, house buyers can expect to find everything and anything here. With a beautiful coastline, scenic countryside, and impressive connections in and around our cities, as well as close proximity to the capital, those looking for their next home have all the choice in the world.
However, one hamlet in Essex has houses costing over triple that with the area being home to some very fancy homes. With the average house in Essex costing £411,136, according to Rightmove, you might expect houses which cost £1.5 million to really be something special.
Nine Ashes in Ingatestone, near to Brentwood, does not have what you might expect there. Those with a very healthy budget, large enough to buy a home in the tiny hamlet, must travel out of the area to find facilities to cater to their needs.
