Including both the four-bedroom house and the takeaway, the lot is going to Auction House East Anglia with a guide price of £250,000 to £300,000.

The fish and chip shop is let on a 15-year lease from November 2021 with a current rent of £11,520 per annum.

Downstairs, the house in Market Place is traditionally decorated with a kitchen diner, pantry and conservatory.
