Fans Greet Croatia World Cup Team as They Arrive Home to Celebrations

The Croatia World Cup team arrived home to plenty of fanfare on July 16, despite coming up short in the World Cup final.

In a video shared by Twitter user @domag0j, fans can be seen waving to the bus carrying the runner-up team. “[H]omecoming of the Croatian team. Managed to take a flag from the bus. It’s going on the wall next to a 1996 [E]uro scarf,” the user tweeted.
