As we adjust to our “new normal” amid the worldwide Coronavirus outbreak, finding new ways to have fun and keep fit at home will be a challenge for us all.
So we’re really appreciating some celebrities’ attempts to lift our spirits and provide some entertainment in these stressful times.
Another famous face offering their skills is Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell, who has been sharing different dance lessons and fitness exercises on her Instagram for fans to join in with at home.
In her latest dance video, the star uses a ball as part of her workout.
“I had so much fun with this if you don’t have a ball at home don’t worry you can do the dance without it!”she wrote.
“Just have fun the song is so beautiful I just love it. Remember to share this with a friend and tag me so I can see you do it.”
She added: “Stay safe, stay at home and stay active, lots of love.”
Fans are enjoying the lessons, with one commenting: "Love these so much look forward to them every day can’t wait to learn this one."
While another added: "Ah so so excited to try this!!! i've been having a go at these past few ones & enjoyed it so much!! definitely not anywhere near good but they are so fun!! thank you so much."
Another Strictly couple lifting fans’ spirits is Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez.
And the cuteness level are just through the roof.
One video they shared is the dance floor classic the Macarena and even Mia is able to have a go.
