Fargo Police Dog Sniffs Out 'Black Market' Sanitizer in Tongue-in-Cheek Video

The Fargo Police Department made light of the nationwide shortage of hygiene products on March 19, sharing video that appeared to show K9 Kilo sniffing out a small bag of hand sanitizer in a store room.

“Our canine unit has adjusted their training a bit to account for black market items,” the police department joked on Facebook.
