Farnborough pedestrian crossing crash leaves woman in her 80s seriously injured

A woman in her 80s has been seriously injured following a crash on a pedestrian crossing in Hampshire. Police and paramedics were called to the crossing near the West Heath Roundabout in Farnborough, at around 3.40pm on Tuesday, October 15.

The incident involved the woman, who was a pedestrian, and a grey Hyundai i30. The woman was taken to hospital where she remains for treatment.

Hampshire Police is now urging witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the crash to contact the force. A spokesperson said: "If anyone has any information regarding this incident, or has any relevant dash cam, doorbell or CCTV footage, please call 101 quoting reference 44240448877.
