We hate to make you feel old, but cult sci-fi series Farscape turns 20 next year and it will have been 15 years since it ended on the miniseries The Peacekeeper Wars – and we STILL haven't had a follow-up movie.

So we thought it'd be a good time to check in on the crew of the Moya and their Peacekeeper enemies to see what they've been up to since the war between the Peacekeepers and Scarrans ended.

Ben Browder – John Crichton

One of four people – alongside Claudia Black, Anthony Simcoe and Lani Tupu – to appear in all 88 episodes of Farscape, Ben Browder's unfortunate astronaut was propelled through a wormhole to a battle against the Peacekeepers. It didn't stop Browder going through another wormhole, though, as he then joined the cast of Stargate SG-1.

Browder has since been seen in series seven episode of Doctor Who, 'A Town Called Mercy', as well as guest roles in Chuck, Arrow, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and more. He also popped up in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 as Sovereign Admiral of Ayesha's fleet, although you might not have noticed him under the gold make-up.

Like Browder, Claudia Black went from her adventures as a rogue Peacekeeper agent in Farscape to a con artist in Stargate SG-1, proving such a hit that she was changed from a one-off character to permanent cast member.

Black has since had a recurring role in The Vampire Diaries spin-off The Originals and a main role in limited series Containment. She's also voiced characters in several video games, including the Uncharted, Mass Effect and Gears of War series. She was also in Vin Diesel's calling-card, Pitch Black.

Anthony Simcoe – Ka D'Argo

Since his days as a Luxan warrior, Anthony Simcoe had brief acting roles in movies including Nim's Island and The Inbetweeners 2, as well as guest spots in TV shows The Alice and Rogue Nation, among others.

However, according to his Twitter page, he is now a "former actor" and instead works as a communication skills and leadership consultant for his own company, Anthony Simcoe Consulting.

Lani Tupu – Pilot / Bialar Crais

New Zealand actor Lani Tupu played two roles across Farscape's run, appearing as season one villain – and later ally – Peacekeeper Captain Bialar Crais and voicing one of the two puppets on the show, Pilot, who piloted the Moya (obviously) and served as her voice to the crew.

Since Farscape, he's mainly appeared in Australian TV shows and movies, including The Code, The Cut and The King is Dead!, as well as the obligatory brief role in Home and Away. If you want to keep up-to-date with Tupu's adventures, there are updates posted on his Facebook fan page.

Virginia Hey – Pa'u Zotoh Zhaan

Before her role as blue-skinned alien priestess Pa'u Zotoh Zhaan in Farscape, Virginia Hey had notable roles in Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, The Living Daylights and Prisoner: Cell Block H, but has had fewer acting roles since.

She voiced Gazorpian in Rick and Morty season one episode 'Raising Gazorpazorp' and had a role in 2015 sci-fi show Kosmos, as well as starting her own company, White Flower Lei, which manufactures hand-made perfumes and soaps.

Jonathan Hardy – Dominar Rygel XVI

The second puppet in the Farscape franchise was Dominar Rygel XVI, the salacious former ruler of the Hynerian Empire who could sell out the crew of the Moya at any moment, voiced by Jonathan Hardy.

Sadly, Hardy passed away in 2012 at the age of 71 after a handful of roles in movies such as Wishbone and Hunt Angels, the latter alongside Ben Mendelsohn.

Gigi Edgley – Chiana

Con artist and thief Chiana was apparently only meant to last one episode before producers decided to keep Gigi Edgley around, promoting her to a series regular from season two onwards and appearing in 74 episodes.

After Farscape ended, Edgley has had main roles in Australian TV shows including Rescue Special Ops and Tricky Business, among others, and the BlackJack series of TV movies.

Wayne Pygram – Scorpius

For most of Farscape, Wayne Pygram's hybrid Scorpius – a commander in the Peacekeeper forces – was dedicated to getting the wormhole technology from Crichton, even though he eventually had a relationship with Moya crew member Sikozu.

Pygram appeared in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith shortly after the show ended as a young Grand Moff Tarkin, going on to play Isaac of Uluru in Lost and star in Home and Away, Rogue Nation and The Cut. Fun fact, along with co-star Simcoe, he set up indie rock band Signal Room.

Tammy MacIntosh – Jool

After appearing throughout season three and four of Farscape as fiery academic Jool, Tammy MacIntosh has had roles in long-running Australian shows All Saints and Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. She can currently be seen in prison drama Wentworth as Kaz Proctor, having initially been considered for the role of Joan 'The Freak' Ferguson.

Melissa Jaffer – Noranti

Melissa Jaffer had starred in a host of movies and TV shows ahead of her Farscape role as the almost 300-year-old "Old Woman" Noranti, as well as other roles on the show as the Moya's first Pilot and as the old Nilam. Jaffer has gone on to play Keeper of the Seeds in Mad Max: Fury Road and recently starred in Australian sci-fi offering Glitch.

Raelee Hill – Sikozu

Neighbours and Water Rats star Raelee Hill had auditioned for the role of Noranti in Farscape, but producers were said to be impressed enough to create the role of the hard-edged (and secret spy) Sikozu for her. Since the show ended, Hill appeared briefly in Superman Returns, as well as other movies including Long Road to Heaven and Event Zero.

David Franklin – Captain Meeklo Braca

Going from Brutus in Xena: Warrior Princess to Peacekeeper lackey Captain Meekly Braca in Farscape, David Franklin has since starred in The Matrix Reloaded and TV shows including Crownies and web series Ave 43. You will have also heard his voice in video games such as Halo Wars 2, Dead Island and Telltale's Game of Thrones series.
