Fashion photographer to open dream-like first solo exhibition

Fashion photographer Kate Bellm, known for her dream-like works that explore nature, escapism and freedom, is opening her first solo art show in London this week.

The Night Sky Rising exhibition arrives at LAMB Arts in Mayfair on Thursday. Bellm, 30, has included a mix of archival and new photographs — ranging from nude portraits to Utah desert landscapes — and sketches and notebooks.

The artist, who is from London and has previously worked with brands such as Gucci and Adidas, said the free display offers a “spirit of freedom, youth and nature” at a time when the world is “so rife” with tension. The show runs to January 13.
