FESTIVAL-goers watched in awe as the Red Arrows soared through the skies.

The Red Arrows flew above the Isle of Wight Festival 2022 yesterday giving everyone a reason to look to the skies.

The flying aces took off from Bournemouth Airport at 5.50pm before heading to Swanage.

They then looped back round flying above Lymington and Brockenhurst before heading to the Isle of Wight at 6pm.

After a 20-minute performance overhead at Seaclose Park, they travelled to Sandown and Ventnor.

Among the acts playing at this years Isle of Wight Festival are Lewis Capaldi, Tom Grennan, Kasabian, Muse, Pete Tong and The Proclaimers.
