Fire Breaks Out at Russian Industrial Facility

Rail tankers reported to be filled with solvent burst into flames at an industrial facility in western Russia on May 4.

Footage released by the regional emergency-response agency shows firefighters working to quell flames at an industrial park in Dzerzhinsk in Nizhny Novgorod, 248 miles from Moscow.

Authorities said the blaze spread across an area covering more than 26,000 square feet (2,500 square meters).
