Fire Crews Fight Dixie Fire as Town of Greenville 'Devastated'

Firefighters worked to contain the Dixie fire burning in California as the blaze spread to over 500 square miles and left the town of Greenville “devastated,” according to the local media outlet Plumas News.

Local news said the fire had burned the library and a bank in Greenville, with the blaze also destroying parts of nearby Chester.
