A fire-hit house is going up for auction. The Haven - on Wereton Road, in Audley - has a guide price of £155,000.

The fire broke out in November last year. The arson attack killed a dog and led to the arrest of a man.

A Butters John Bee spokesman said: "This three-bedroom detached house in Audley benefits from a sizable plot, plus field views to the rear. It has fantastic potential. We are advised that the fire damage is to the front half of the property."
