Firefighters worked overnight March 29 into March 30 to protect structures from a grass fire burning west of Rapid City, South Dakota.
The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office said on Facebook that the fire crossed into the Cleghorn Canyon and Nameless Cave areas overnight. Footage shows crews working on Tuesday morning.
Officials said there was an “intense structure fire” overnight, resulting in the loss of one home.
