Firefighters battling huge blaze at Aberdeen city centre restaurant
Fire and rescue teams are currently battling a major blaze at an Aberdeen city centre restaurant this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Vovem Restaurant on Union Street, with the building found to be 'well alight.'
Six applicances and other specialist resources are currently at the scene working to extinguish the blaze.

No injures have been reported from the scene, and crews are working to secure the area, with Union Row blocked at this time.
Pictures shared on social media show flames coming from the restaurant as well as black smoke billowing from the building.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 11.46am on Thursday, September 26 to reports of a commercial building fire in Union Street, Aberdeen.
"Operations Control immediately mobilised six appliances and other specialist resources to the scene where firefighters found Vovem Restaurant to be well alight.
"Crews are currently on scene as they work to make the area safe. No casualties have been reported."
Police confirmed road closures are in place on Union Street, Summer Street, Union Wynd and Little Chapel Street and asked members of the public to avoid the area.
