Firefighters Defend Property From Paddock Run Fire North of Sydney

Firefighters fought to protect a property in the Howes Valley that came under threat from the Paddock Run Fire on December 4.

Fire authorities issued a Watch and Act warning on December 3, warning residents of Howes Valley and Reedy Creek to monitor conditions. By December 5, the warning was still being upheld.

The Paddock Run Fire broke out on December 2 and had burned more than 5,000 hectares by December 5.
