Firefighting Aircraft Drops Flame Retardant on California's Oak Fire
The Oak Fire in Mariposa County, California, burned 18,824 acres and was 36 percent containment by Wednesday evening, July 27, Cal Fire said.
Footage shared by Oakland Fire Department on Wednesday shows a firefighting plane dumping flame retardant on the blaze on Monday, they said.
