Firefighting Plane Flies Over Emergency Services Near Raging Blaze in New South Wales

The Myall Creek Road bushfire at Bora Ridge, New South Wales, increased from an advisory warning to “watch and act” on Sunday, November 24.

The more than 57,000 hectare blaze was threatening the communities of Mount Marsh and Whiporie, the state Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS) said in an update.

The fire had been burning for weeks and had reached “emergency” level a number of times.
