First ever Coach store to open in Braintree Village this spring

A brand new fashion store will be coming to an Essex shopping village this spring, it has been announced. Braintree Village has confirmed global fashion house Coach will be joining its retail line-up.

The 2,260 square foot store will be located opposite the south entrance and will be the first standalone Coach store in Essex. Coach was founded in New York in 1941 and inspired by the vision of Creative Director Stuart Vevers and the "inclusive and courageous spirit" of the hometown, making "beautiful things that are crafted to last".

The Braintree Village Coach store will stock a range of handbags, purses and leather accessories, alongside belts and jewellery, catering for both men and women. A specific opening date for the store has not yet been confirmed.

Josef O’Sullivan, Centre Director at Braintree Village, said: “We are delighted to announce that Coach has chosen Braintree Village for its first standalone store in Essex. This is a brand our guests have told us they’ve been keen to shop at in Braintree Village for some time, and we’re excited to be finally welcoming them to our roster of brands.
