The second image features the pair alongside David Dawson who Styles’ character later goes on to have an affair with.

Set in 1950s Brighton, My Policeman follows the story of a local policeman called Tom (Harry Styles) who is gay but married to Marion (Emma Corrin).

Tom later meets a museum curator called Patrick (David Dawson) and the pair go on to share an illicit romance.

My Policeman, set to depict a story of forbidden love amid a backdrop of changing social conventions, is due to be released in November 2022.

Based on a novel written by Bethan Roberts, the story jumps between the 1950s and 1990s which documents the shifting relationships between the main characters.

Styles, Corrin and Dawson are joined by actors Linus Roache, Gina McKee and Rupert Everett - who play the older versions of the three characters.

Speaking about the much-anticipated drama, an insider revealed there will be a lot of steamy scenes.

“Harry will be having sex on screen and they want it to look as real as possible. The plan is to shoot two romps between Harry and David, then another scene where Harry is naked on his own,” the source told The Sun.

They added: “Not much is going to be left to the imagination. Harry is throwing himself into this new role and is really excited about the challenge, even though it’s a daunting task,”
