Five cheapest Cheshire houses put up for sale this week
Dozens of properties have been put up for sale across Cheshire this week - with prices ranging from £50,000 right up to a whopping £3m. For those looking to get on the ladder or perhaps considering venturing into property development, you may find yourself scouring the most affordable options.
This week a number of properties that are valued under £100,000 have gone on the market. Here we have listed the five cheapest houses, according to Rightmove, all with freehold tenure.
Halton Brook - £80,000
This is the cheapest family home on the market this week and boasts the most bedrooms - with three in tital. The Rightmove listing states: "Edwards Grounds offer for sale this mid row estate family home with accommodation set over three floors.
