Five people have died after a small aircraft crashed into a supermarket in the town of Tires, just west of Lisbon.
Portuguese media say the victims were the pilot, three passengers and a lorry driver, whose vehicle was hit. Three of the dead were French citizens and one Swiss, reports say.
The Swiss-registered plane had been en route to Marseille when it crashed after take-off from a local airfield.
Tires is about 12 miles from Lisbon.
