Flash Flooding Hits Roads in Moab, Utah

Thunderstorms brought flash flooding to Moab, Utah, on July 28, leaving streets in the city’s downtown area underwater.

Between one to two inches of rain fell during the storm that brought waves of water into Moab’s urban area, according to the National Weather Service. The weather bureau issued a flash flood warning for the area at the time.
