Flash Flood Watch Extended on Hawaii's Oahu Island Amid Severe Flooding

The Oahu Department of Emergency Management in Hawaii extended a flash flood watch for the island until March 12.

Hawaii Governor David Ige declared a state of emergency due to the heavy flooding.
