Flood Rescues Underway in Philippines After Typhoon Vamco

Typhoon Vamco brought some of the worst flooding in years to Manila on November 11-12, with areas around the Philippine capital also badly affected.

Vamco lashed much of Luzon island before making its way to West Philippine Sea, according to local reports.
