Flood Warning Issued as Heavy Rain Falls in Southwest Texas
The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a special weather warning and flood advisory for parts of southwest Texas on Wednesday, July 27.
Footage shot by Twitter user @japrice61 shows rain and flood waters gushing on two streets, with waters reaching about two feet at a flood water level measuring gauge.
