Floodwater rushed down a street in Los Angeles, California, during the early hours of Tuesday, January 10, as the National Weather Service (NWS) forecasted moderate to heavy rain in the region.
The NWS said the rain would continue in the area on January 10 and that significant road flooding was possible.
