Floodwaters Surround Businesses in Georgia's Banks County

Flash floods invaded Banks Crossing, Georgia, on Friday, April 19, surrounding several businesses, submerging roadways, and causing damage to sewage and water systems.

This drone footage, shot by Jason Kent, shows brown floodwaters spreading over roads and through a shopping center in the north Georgia town.
