Florida Man Moves Stranded Catfish Into Puddle After Storm Eta Floods Southern Part of State

Flooding from Tropical Storm Eta hit Martin County, Florida, on November 10, stranding a catfish on pavement in a residential neighborhood, footage shows.

Footage uploaded by @PhotogEricP shows the fish on a roadway. “In a #MartinCounty neighborhood there’s a catfish in the street,” wrote @PhotogEricP. “I gently moved it to the water so it can try to find its way home. Maybe through a drainage cover?”

The National Weather Service had issued a flood warning for the area on the morning of November 10.
