Florida Pier Takes Impact as Storm Nicole Strengthens Off Coast

Storm Nicole was making its way towards the east coast of Florida in the early hours of November 9, with footage from Flagler Beach Police Department showing the town’s pier taking the impact of rough seas.

The National Hurricane Centre (NHC) issued a warning for the area, while the Flagler County Emergency Management issued an evacuation order for the barrier island.
