Chilling footage shows killer tell police, 'I warned you' after neighbour stabbed to death
Chilling video footage shows a man laughing after being arrested for killing his neighbour as he tells police: "I warned you".
Can Arslan, 52, stabbed father-of-three Matthew Boorman a total of 27 times as he went on a spree of violence following a long-running dispute with his neighbours.
Bristol Crown Court heard he smoked a "triumphant" cigarette after killing 43-year-old Boorman, whose wife Sarah Boorman he also wounded.
Video footage shows him continue on a spree, stabbing another neighbour Peter Marsden eight times before being forced out of his home, and then finally being confronted by off-duty police officers wielding golf clubs and pieces of wood.
Arslan was eventually arrested at the scene in Walton Cardiff near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Police body cam footage shows the 52-year-old laughing as he is being detained.
While chuckling, he asks one officer: "He is dead, isn't he? I warned you, the police. One year. Look, it happened."
The footage shows Arslan adding: "I warned them I was going to murder him" as he laughs to himself.
He tells police his neighbour was "against my son, my wife", as well as claiming he was "special forces".
Asking police to cuff his hands at the front of his body rather than the back, he then goes on to threaten them, saying: "There is a bounty on your head" and repeatedly telling them "you are next".
Arslan has admitted attempted murder, GBH with intent and affray but is standing trial for murder, which he denies on the grounds of diminished responsibility.
The prosecution told the court he was motivated by "anger and revenge" after a long-running dispute with neighbours that began over a parking dispute.
They had been trying to evict Arslan and had succeeded in getting a civil injunction, the court heard.
During his trial, the jury heard that while Arslan was being booked in for custody after his arrest, he repeated his claims to officers, telling them: "I told police I was going to murder him - I murdered him."
He also told officers: "I warned you people were going to die tonight. More people are going to die tonight. There are contracts on their head.
"I told you I was going to murder him. I was a sniper in the army and I told him not to mess with me. I killed 50 people in the Kurdish army."
The trial continues.
