Football League play-offs 2017: Championship, League One and League Two fixtures

The EFL play-offs are upon us and traditional season-long slogs will soon become winner takes all scenarios.

Teams from the Championship, League One and League Two are set to do battle for the right to play at Wembley - and win promotion to the next level of England's football pyramid.

We do not yet have a full line-up with regular season games still due to be played but we do know every fixture will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Saturday 13 May: Fulham vs Reading first leg (5:30pm kick-off)

Sunday 14 May: Huddersfield vs Sheffield Wednesday first leg (12:00pm kick-off)

Tuesday 16 May: Reading vs Fulham second leg (7:45pm kick-off)

Wednesday 17 May: Sheffield Wednesday vs Huddersfield second leg (7:45pm kick-off)

Monday 29 May: Championship Play-Off Final (3:00pm kick-off)

League One

Thursday 4 May: Bradford 1 Fleetwood 0, Millwall 0 Scunthorpe 0

Sunday 7 May: Fleetwood 0 Bradford 0 (0-1), Scunthorpe 2 Millwall 3 (2-3)

Saturday 20 May: Millwall vs Bradford: League One Play-Off Final (3:00pm kick-off)

League Two

Sunday 14 May: Semi-Finals A & B first legs (6:30pm kick-off)

Thursday 18 May: Semi-Finals A & B second legs (7:45pm kick-off)
