Foreign Office warns UK tourists must fill out new form or 'be denied entry'

UK tourists have been urgently warned they must fill out new form or risk being denied entry to a "picturesque" country. British holidaymakers heading to Indonesia have recently been warned they must fill out a new document when visiting the popular Asian holiday hotspot.

"To enter Indonesia, all international travellers must fill out an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass," the UK Foreign Office has warned. "It is recommended that you complete this form prior to departure to avoid delays when arriving in Indonesia."

All passengers and aircraft personnel traveling from abroad are required to fill in this health pass. By declaring your health condition and travel history, you contribute to safer travel in Indonesia. If you become ill within 21 days after traveling abroad, or came from endemic and affected countries or area, you should immediately seek treatment from the nearest health facility and present this health pass.
