A former nightclub in Aberdeen city centre has been put up for sale 18 months on from its closure.

Nox nightclub on Justice Mill Lane shut down in 2023, with owners Signature Group not specifying a date for the venue's reopening.

The bar chain has recently spent £400,000 revamping its Paramount Bar site on nearby Bon Accord Street, reopening the venue after a lengthy summer closure.

Nox remains a fully licensed venue and is described as being in a "fully operational condition" by CBRE who have listed the nightclub.

They added: "The subjects benefit from an active license which allows for the sale of alcohol and food on the premises and benefits from a licensing capacity of 496 persons.

"The license allows for extensive trading hours from 11am until 2am on Monday to Thursday and Sunday along with trading hours from 12pm to 3am on a Friday and Saturday."

Offers for the property are being welcomed by CBRE, with Signature Group requesting £50,000 per year in rent.
