A once thriving nightclub in Peterhead town centre left vacant for over a decade is heading to auction with a £60,000 price tag.

Nemesis on Marischal Street closed for good back in 2012, with the floors above the former BrewDog pub, which is being taken over by OGV Taproom, left vacant ever since.

Listed by Future Property Auctions, the 250sqm venue is described as being an ideal space to lend itself to various uses including a coffee house or retail space.

In the advert, the former Nemesis nightclub is also described as being in a prime location, sitting adjacent to Drummers Corner and several shops including New Look, Argos, WHS Smith and Superdrug.
