Fortnite adds its first proper vehicle for season 5

After all that teasing with the shopping trolly a couple of months back, Fortnite has now got its first proper vehicle.

The ATK (that's All Terrain Kart) was first unveiled in the teaser for Season 5 and yes, you can pack the vehicle with your squadmates.

"Drop into Season 5, where we're introducing all kinds of changes to the map! " said Epic Games.

"A viking ship, desert outpost, and ancient statues have appeared on the island, changing the world of Fortnite as we know it.

"On top of that, Fortnite's first four person vehicle has arrived! Hop in a zippy ATK (All Terrain Kart) with your squad and uncover all new mysteries and locations, the possibilities are endless!"

Urging fans to get the Season 5 Battle Pass, Epic Games added: "A new Season means an all new Battle Pass, packed with over 100 new rewards.

"It's available right now in-game for 950 V-Bucks. Challenge your squad to a game of basketball or golf, or toss around a beach ball with friends. Make up your own game with all new toys!"

From a glance around Twitter, it looks like a lot of you are already very much enjoying going for a spin in your ATKs.

Fortnite is available to play on PS4, Xbox One, iOS, PC and Mac (and is meant to be coming soon to Android).
