Fowl Play Suspected as Canada Geese Caught Jaywalking Across Busy London Road

A gaggle of geese caused traffic to be held up on a busy road in southeast London on August 12, with the waterfowls’ antics recorded by Denise White.

White told Storyful that the geese cross the road near the church “every now and then,” usually making the return journey “about 10 minutes later.”

White’s four-year-old son was with her when the brazen birds made their beeline across the road. During the video, he says, “All the cars have to stop, even the buses.”
