Customs officials in Philadelphia made a startling discovery after examining a bag belonging to a Senegalese mother and daughter.

According to a news release from the U S Customs and Border Protection Agency, the women were passing through the airport on September 12th when an X-ray revealed an animal's skull.

The release adds the women reported they were bringing this call for a cousin who intended to use it to ward off evil spirits.

The women ultimately left the head with customs officials and was later determined to be from an African fox.
