Frankie Bridge has opened up about Mollie King joining Strictly Come Dancing.

The Saturdays singer said she is delighted her bandmate has decided to follow in her footsteps by taking part in the BBC series.

However, she thinks her pal may find it tougher than she did...

Speaking on ITV's Lorraine earlier today (August 18), the star told presenter Christine Lampard: "Mollie does find it a little bit harder to pick things up and that's what she's worried about.

"I've told her to just enjoy it though, because when it's over, you just want to do it all again."

Frankie added: "I just can't wait to see Mollie dance. I'm not surprised at all that she's doing Strictly because when I was on the show with Kevin [Clifton], he would sometimes come to The Saturdays' rehearsals. Whenever he'd come, she always wanted to dance with him.

"I just know she's going to be great and will absolutely love it. And she is going to look so amazing in those costumes!"

The singer appeared on ITV's Lorraine to talk about the second series of Celeb Trolls: We're Coming to Get You.

Nicola McLean, Sam Bailey and Rebecca Adlington are just some of the stars that have signed up for the new season.

The show will see each of the celebs that have been affected by internet trolls confronting the people responsible for the hateful messages they receive online.

Commenting on the show, Frankie said: "I'm not saying the police need to do more because this is all happening online and it's hard to stay on top of the internet. But perhaps we all need to monitor it."

Lorraine is on ITV, weekdays at 8.30am.
