The Saturdays star Frankie Bridge has revealed she accidentally flashed her window cleaner when getting out of the shower after forgetting to shut the blinds.

The 31-year-old took to social media to tell followers of the embarrassing incident which she says saw the workman make a “swift exit”.

Speaking on her Instagram Story, the former Strictly Come Dancing star told her 1.2 million followers of the mishap.

She shared: “I’ve just got out of the shower completely butt naked and my window cleaner is at my window in my dressing room. He definitely saw me because my blinds aren’t shut.

“I should have thought about it really because as I was on the toilet earlier I heard the ladder hit the window. I s*** my pants - I was in the perfect place for that to happen.”

She added: “He’s definitely seen because I feel like he’s done a swift exit from this window. It’s so embarrassing.

“Note to self, do not walk around your own house butt naked. It gets you in all sorts of trouble. It’s not a good start.

“I stayed on the floor for a really long time, but I’m up and dressed now, so it's safe to stand.”

Bridge has been married to former Southampton, Chelsea and Man City left back Wayne Bridge since 2014. They have sons Parker, aged 7, and Carter, aged 5.

Despite being a footballer for over 15 years, Mrs Bridge revealed earlier this year her husband hasn’t kept in touch with former team mates.

She told The Sun in February: “He’s not got any footballer mates. He doesn’t hang out with the other players. He doesn’t live that life.

“Anyone that meets Wayne just doesn’t dislike him. I’ve not met anyone that doesn’t like him, because he’s a good person.”
