Free wellbeing workshops for body and mind on offer

Free wellbeing workshops are being offered to residents to learn ways to look after their physical and mental health.

The '5 Ways To Wellbeing' workshop will take place at a number of the borough's libraries in February.

Sessions are available at:

  • Central Library - February 1. 1pm-2.30pm

  • Westhoughton Library - February 3. 1.30pm-3pm

  • High Street Library - February 9. 10.30am-12pm

  • Little Lever Library - February 10. 1am-2.30pm

  • Brieghtmet Library - February 16. 10.30am-12pm

  • Horwich Library - February 16. 1am-2.30pm

The 90 minute "interactive and engaging" workshops will include discussions around the differences between physical health and mental health and wellbeing.

It will also look at "five different ways in which you can begin to support your own wellbeing".

The sessions are suitable for ages 16 and over and are brought by a partnership between Bolton Council Learning and Development Team and Bolton Libraries and Museums.
