Freezing Weather Turns Niagara Falls into Stunning Winter Wonderland

Freezing temperatures in Ontario and the US northeast caused ice to form at Niagara Falls on January 22.

A winter storm turned the northeast into a deep freezer, according to CNN. NWS New York warned of dangerously cold wind chills and advised people to prevent frostbite and hypothermia by dressing in layers and covering exposed skin.
